It's major drawback is when you are on a creeper working on something, you want to take a nap as it is so nice. LOL Good problem to have. I really am glad I did it. You can pull a vehicle out and close the door and within minutes, it's comfortable as the slab is a huge heat sync. I try to really stress the importance of doing the layout and quality materials when doing this because I've personally seen people around go by the 'good enough' mindset and end up wasting all their money and time.
