Compacted sand or crushed rock base, vapor barrier, insulation, rear 16 or 24"o/c with stands, pex tied to rebar, 6" concrete. PLAN AHEAD for bolt-downs, and document the locations. Or, place anchor bolts before or during through pour.
Once you start heating the concrete, it will absorb and radiate your heat.
