I picked up a 49 dodge 2 ton with a 265 that had been rebuilt at some time. The manufacter's tag says .080 over pistons, I would have never guessed they would go that much over. My 230 in my 57 runs like a clock but I would love to throw the 265 in with a cam and shaved head. Hope shoehorning in the big block doesn't mess with original metal too much.I will be watching your post on this subject closely, thanks Wayne
