We never figured out why it happen? He was a old trucker and said it has happen before? I had a cheap Chinese garden tire blow up on me once. I was trying to get it back on the rim squeezing it against my chest when blowing air in it. Rim seated and the tire blew in haft against my chest and face. Scared the crap out of me and really hurt to! I was real lucky now I hate putting any air in those cheap tires on dolly's, wheel barrels and carts!
