Yes, Tulsa Winch co. I had a Tulsa winch with capstans on each side mounted behind the cab on a 1965 D500 back in the '70s. It was at least 20000#. I always wanted to go and see what's up with all the winch companies there in Broken Arrrow....Tulsa, Braden, Ramsey...maybe others?
