Your symptoms do sound like Sjogren's, but I recommend you keep your own counsel on it and seek a second opinion. As you know, the Doc's can get tunnel visioned when it comes to being sick, only focusing on one problem instead of the global issue. Sjogren's Syndrome has several tests for it, but they can be inconclusive. Also, some of the meds you are taking could be contributing to what is going on with you.
There is nothing wrong with asking your Doc about Sjogren's. Just don't be surprised if it gets ruled out quickly. If you really believe it is what you have, keep asking because the squeaky wheel gets the grease. But better to find a good Doc who spends the time listening to you and is willing to spend time working with you to figure out what is going on than jumping on one diagnosis and trying to find someone who agrees with you on it.
