Hi. My name is Steve. I'm coming to the experts here to ID this truck. My FIL has had it for some time, but has now decided he won't ever get it running. "Do you want it?" he said " Uh, hmm...sure" ;-)

Western truck it's entire life. Snow plow for a small mountain town. Apparently very dry and straight.

Looking for the year, missing items, non original items(I know the bed rack is obviously not supposed to be there).

Unfortunately, these are the only pictures I have at the moment. No vin or chassis number or pics of the motor.

Did all trucks have a winch? I assume this never had one.
