We had 2, Ford, F750's converted to right hand drive back in 1979. They were then shipped to Trinidad/Tobago. The pedals were moved over, but remained in the same relative position to each other. The conversion company said this was the standard setup for right hand drive vehicles. No swaping of brake or clutch pedal positions.
