(1) change your oil filter - i know frams have come apart and the paper plugs up the oil squirters on the con rods ( could plug up the line to the guage.
(2) cut the filter open and have a look inside.
(3) change the oil
(4) run the drill again and see what pressure you get
(5) If the pressure is low, pull the pan, check the main that is furthest away from the pump and the one that is the closest and work from there......
(6) look for cracks in the pick up tube as well as crap in the screen. There could be gasket material floating around in the pan.
Long ago I started running two pressure gauges on fire up. One in the cab and one on the block.........
