Thanks for all the feedback. I'm still thinking about using some kind of bulkhead fitting, but I'm looking into using a WC style 'junction block'. These are a little different than a bulkhead fitting as they don't pull apart, the studs just run through the bakelite base. They will not have any problem handling higher current loads. The later WC blocks had 10 or 11 posts, so I'll need 2 of them to handle all the circuits. The stock 1968 Power Wagon had 19 circuits running through the firewall, and I may need 1 or 2 more. Now I have to figure out where to mount the second block.
