Impressive Video to say the least! In 96 we were snowed in for 1 week and could not get out. They had to bring in the Snow Equipment from the pass a big rotary plow to bust thru the 10 ft drifts on our road. They gave us a couple hours to get what we needed and to get back home before it closed up again. We were fine since we heat with wood and had a couple years supply plus we never go into winter with out at least 6 months plus of food, lots of fuel for the generator and 6,000 gallons of water put in a under ground tank near the house. Cows always have a winters worth of feed in the barn put up before winter comes. But there are lots of people who never prepare for anything and hope others will come to there rescue. The old people even though I am old we worry a lot more about they have a hard time with just normal winters let alone a bad one! I think I would move away from those bad places. I lived in Zelienople, PA in 1962 for a year on my Uncles Farm and winters were tough but being a kid made it fun!
