The winch looks like an A-frame style to me, maybe a Braden AMSU3 or AMSU5 (which would be 20 ton), but who knows if he has the rating correct. Or maybe he installed a Grade 8 bolt for the shear pin. And if the truck will carry 3000lbs (which it will) that's 1-1/2 tons, right?
But having picked those nits (and the front bumper), it looks like a really nice truck. I'd like to see some pictures of how he made the frame for the bed.
