Depends if you have done all the necessary tricky stuff - two things really;
1. Run the drain hose a lot longer than the original - instead of taking it down just into the double panel, take it further down to chassis level so it can drain out without seeing sheetmetal.
2. Line the bottom of the boxes with ordinary putty, form a depression down the middle and push through towards the drain hose.
--- of course, if you live in the high desert and don't know what rain is, just bolt the panels on.
