Our county requires residents to obtain a sticker to be placed on the vehicle so you can use the dumpsters in various locations instead of driving 20 miles to the dump. No sticker...no dumping. I usually carry it in my wallet since I drive 2 or 3 different trucks to the dumpsters. One day I forgot it, and the dumpster guard said: "That's okay, man. Out of respect for your truck you can dump anyway." :) :) He probably risked losing his badge for cutting me some slack, but he did it anyway. :)
