Got a picture or listing for it? Sounds fishy getting a UL Label to modify the electrical panel. They sell units where you can tap all the circuits you need into another panel fed by a cord and it just switches the power between the main panel and the panel fed by the cord. Never saw one you can stop the main breaker from being turned on or off while letting you back feed the panel thru a breaker on the buss unless you buy the panel set up that way?
