PW engine change question

I have a 65 WM300 with a running but very tired engine. I also have what I think is a 265 (could be a 251) from an early Dodge truck. So I am arranging to have the engine swapped but I though there might be some differences that would cause a problem..

For example, are the oil pans the same? I can use all the removeable parts from the original 251 if necessary, carb, distributor because the engine did run with these, but I would not bother to change if not necessary
