cut the tube shorter
is it a check valve or proportioning valve
on mine the fitting is there but no valve cuz tis for front and rear disc--so if you the 1 1/4(which is app. for front disc and rear drum) just remove the white thingamajigy off the back of the fitting and then there is no valve
as i said mine came without the plastic valve
on the back of the brass
