Ha Ha. I don't know about you but we don't finance stuff. When we first got married we bought a 145K house and thought we would go with a 15 year loan. When we saw that it would cost us 80K in interest we went all out to pay it off. And we had put 85K down!! Taxes are cheaper than interest.
You posted a copper countertop once I loved the look. How has that held up?
