Long post on FB / Guy's new Dodge burned up

Not sure if the FB link will work for everyone, but here it is. Curious what you "new Dodge" guys think about this. This guy claims his brand new top-of-the-line Cummins Dodge caught itself on fire and burned itself up due to a crushed internal transmission filter, and he got nothing but an endless runaround from corporate about it. Does this seem plausible and is this how Dodge does business these days?
