An ohmmeter won't tell you how they perform under the heavy load of starting. Check them by putting a volt meter from each battery terminal (one at a time) to the point where they contact the starter ( I.e.: the starter body or hot terminal). Then look at the voltage drop while cranking. It helps to have a helper to help you to do this. Anyway, more than about 1/2 Volt drop during starting is a sign of a bad connection (or possibly more than one).
Because it doesn't crank at all, you're probably going to see the entire battery voltage on either the negative or positive half of the circuit. If so, that is the side that has a bad connection. You can then measure across each connection in that half to find where the failure to communicate, electrically, is.
