The reason I mention air lock is hydraulic fluid does not compress but air does. So if there is a ton of air in the system you can push the pedal compress the air and not get it to the Wheel Cylinder. Pull the rear brake line off or open the bleeder fluid should come out if the air is out if you are pumping fluid. If you can't get fluid thru the lines they must be plugged or crimped flat. You need to hook little lines on the 2 outlets back into the reservoir on the master cylinder and pump it over and over till all the little bubbles and air is gone out of the plunger and flowing nice thru both. Then hook up the brake lines and finish pushing the rest of the air out of the system at each wheel cylinder.
