I have read @ 6 accounts of people using them.They have only been in production for the Dodges for a year or so.They have been around for 53-56 fords and like year chevys for a few years longer.I have been talking with a guy in Sandpoint who is planning on using one on his 68 w100.He thinks using a slave cylinder on the tie rod and taping the box for hoses is the way to go,but he is not there yet.
