I stand corrected. Both are 4 3/4" offset. I just re measured by putting a steel plate against the frame mating surface and measuring to the center of the steering shaft. Sorry for the bad measurements earlier but it is difficult to see due to parallax without the steel plate. The boxes are so different with the WC box being much thicker and showing less offset as the box is so much bigger. I can send pictures if you want them.
