We still run stas on our ihc plow truck. They have been adequate and sidewall held up well - but overall I have not been super impressed. Soft tread wore fast on gravel and had more flats from rocks and hardware than any previous set of 9:00x16 tires. To be fair, all my previous trucks ran old ndt rubber, and the stas did much better on ice. Wouldn't buy them again though because anything I drive gets worked hard and I hate fixing flats.
