Yes, the folks are right- the price is way too high. I painted my truck myself and came out reasonably well. Just remember to use a proper respirator since Epoxy based paint/clear coat is very toxic, not like old fashioned enamel. You can buy a HVLP gun for under $50 to $100 and you dont need a great deal of air pressure. Be patient- thin coats and you won't get too many drips. If so, let dry and sand out and re-spray. Make sure metal is absolutely clean of oil and dust. wet down floor, use tack rags before painting. Good luck and have fun!
