Hi All,
Well after having it rebuilt and sitting since April, I finally fired up the IND-7(237)Industrial motor. It sounds real sweet with the Hi-pro. cam from VPW. Oil pressure is at about 15 Lbs. at idle and on acceleration it jumps up to 40 Lbs. Need to check the Carb. though since it runs best with the choke pulled about 1/3-1/2 way out. Must be some blockage somewhere in one of the circuits. A few minor oil line leaks and that's about it. Sure looks good painted grey with the "Spitfire" letters on the head in red. Next up is to install the splash shields and fenders, then on to installing the bed, rear fender and running boards.
