Install an old oil pump with the gear ground off. Then you can use a drill and long shaft, shaped like the rotor shaft, to spin the oil pump and get pressure without moving the pistons. You cannot spin the oil pump without grinding off the gear (it's locked into the cam).
I wouldn't advise using the starter to get pressure after it's been sitting so long after rebuild.
