I used the Budd wheels that was on my truck when I got it.Then I got some extra Budd wheels for some 1100x16 tires the wheels were rusty I put a heavy wire wheel on my angle grinder and spent some time to clean them up making sure the groove where the ring gos wan very clean then painted them. I mounted the tires myself chained them around a few times with a couple log chains and aired them up from the back side. After doing it a few times its not bad.The tire tool in the link below is what I use start it with a hammer then put your foot against it to push out some and hammer away and it will break the bead down to get the tire ring and tire off. Now that the 1100s are scarce I think the tires in the link would be the best choice for height.
