Another option is Stazworks. I know they seem to get a bad rep because they are slow, but they turn out nice products. When my XMLs are gone and worn away, I'll sell my Hutchinson Beadlocks and have Stazworks make me a set of wheels to my liking and in a Rim size that they make tires for still, R16 is quickly becoming obsolete. I have my eye on the MPTs in a 41" flavor for a 20" wheel that looks similar to the original Budd Wheels. In your case he can machine the budd lug pattern no problem. Check out his Instagram account as he is always posting really cool wheels and pretty sure he has done them for the Budd pattern already. IG username is "Stazworks". I'll tag ya in a post.
