I hate to say it, but did you try the JC Whitney catalog? I don't know if they had the grill you wanted, but they had some stuff. Also, maybe try to look it up on the Hemmings website. They can usually put you in contact with someone or some company that makes resto parts. It works for cars, so why not trucks? Good luck, and remember...post pictures if you have them!
