I'm sure many will disagree with me, but I'd regard this as a perfect excuse and financial opportunity to replace an automatic with a manual. You'll need a fly wheel, bellhousing, clutch pedal and linkage apparatus and of course transmission. If your truck is geared low (4.10-4.56-4.88) get a NV4500, otherwise a NP435.
