Check the bottom of your cap as oil will collect there. Also reach in through the hole and run your finger around under the underside of the top pan and oil will collect there. Gummy milky white ugly stuff.
After your truck has set for a few days sometimes you can see rust and water drops on the spark plug of the offending cylinder.
Sometimes if you have done a block and radiator cleaning and flushing a rust hole that has been sealed buy yeas of sediment collecting in the water jacket will be opened up letting oil to be pushed through under compression.
