Use Google search engine and enter something like
An SAE #3 flywheel housing for instance is round, has 12 equally spaced holes at 16.875". SAE flywheel sizes are like "11.5", "14" etc. and roughly refer to clutch sizes. Any transmission with an integral SAE #x bellhousing automatically will bolt to any SAE#x flywheel housing.
