Drive shaft Question

I am about to re-install the driveshaft on my F 3 pw. the shaft has been taken apart at the slip joint. Does it matter how it goes together? Do the universals have to be in line? Ninety degrees to each other? Or am I being anal.
This is the short driveshaft between the gear box and transfer case.
