I don't think if you run these tires that the tires themselves will be a concern at high speeds. Rated at LR E they probably can be inflated 75-80 psi, with a capacity of 9000 lb/axle. This is 3 times an empty M37 axle load and twice a loaded rear axle load.
If I had a big load of birch (3500 lb), towing a loaded M101 full of same (500-750 tongue weight) and was dumb enough to drive 75 mph, I'd add 10 psi to the 65 psi needed for 7200 lb.
In other words, for speed one adds air.
There's a lot of reserve capacity for these tires, 30-35 psi would be normal pressures for 9.00-20s on a M37.
