Dave,These tires are not radials,they are 9.00-20 load range E, tread width of 8''I am shure the speed rating of 65 is very conservitive.These tires are more aggressive than Buckshot mudder,at 41.4''tall,these will get the top end RPM's down to a decent level without an expensive gear swap.I can go way over 60 mph with my new engine,468 Ford big block,the guys over at Big Electric like this set up for there M37's,this would be great for a Powerwagon as well.PerkM715
