I've been waiting for the Dodge Ram Crewcab also. Add that to the improved Cummins due for 2003 and it sounded like I'd wait until then. I saw the pictures of the new "styled" Ram 1/2 ton and didn't think it looked too bad. I like the current styling much better, however. But then I went down to a dealer to get a first hand look. I won't be buying one of those. Talk about ruining a good thing.
Here's my theory on what's going on with truck styling in general. Trucks used to be utilitarian and not as subject to popular styling trends, as cars were. But now that trucks have gained so much market share, the car styling guys are taking their hand at them, and trying to jazz them up. Ford was the first to ruin their truck styling and now Dodge.
