Not speaking from Power Wagon experience, but from other oldies I've owned, and not to offend those that sell 'kits'; I've always found local shops do a bang-up job for a reasonable cost. (I'm sure there are some horror stories...) I've just found by the time you buy a kit (all the seat covers, padding, hog rings, etc) and wait a few weeks while they're shipped to you, then you have to do the labor with their instructions, or find someone to do it for you (thereby costing some more money) find a good, reputable, local shop. Ask local car clubs who they've gone to and who to avoid.
Best of luck with it! (My driver's side has a ripped seam, the wife says she can do it... HEY! I've got her working on the Power Wagon too!!)
