1941 WC-21 1/2 ton Fire Truck $2,500
This truck is in great shape for a 1941. I can not find any rust on the sheet metal. The drivers seat has rust on the base of the seat
and needs repaired. The sheet metal is in great shape as well as the running boards. A very clean install of the fire equipment was
done not causing any serious issues for restoration. The fire equipment can be easily removed for an original WC-21, the serial
number or vin is 81518210.
The truck has sat for years with the motor and transmission out. I believe all parts are with the truck. It also came with a spare engine
that was dissasembled with water jacket repair. I have a 230 6cly that goes with it, that ran good. The main bearing made some noise
but was a good runner. Over load springs were added to the truck to carry the water. The glove box lid is missing and the speedo
guage needs replaced. The tires hold air but need replaced, no spare tire or wheel for the truck.
The box is in very good shape. No rust that I can see. As a fire truck this WC-21 had an easy life and was well cared for. The paint is
in good shape and still shines when waxed. The fire equipment will be removed at no charge to the buyer prior to delivery if not wanted
and to remain with the seller.
This would be an easy restoration and a great project.
You will not be dissapointed in this truck.
The truck comes with a good title and is located in Lewiston Idaho. Buyer responsible for transportation.
