Wm300 251 acceleration problem

My power wagon starts up and idles fine. I can drive it around all day without a problem. But when I get to 3/4 throttle or so it stops accelerating and just loses power. I took the air filter off and watched the gas squirting into the carb, it sprays in nice until about 3/4 throttle then cuts back down. Thoughts?
