As Kaegi mentioned, the 60's model MoPar Jiffy Jet washers held fluid in a bag. The earlier 40's (maybe 50's also) Jiffy Jet models held fluid in a glass jar.

I removed a complete glass jar model from a parts truck on the VPW lot and purchased it from them. I cannot prove whether or not it is a MoPar model. It has a sizable "pump" inside the jar attached to the underside of the lid. The nozzles on the cab were located like those shown by Greg. I got those as well as the switch mounted on the floor. I call it a switch rather than a pump because pressing it allows vacuum from the manifold to activate a piston within the pump located in the glass jar. One side of the piston is the vacuum chamber, the other side is the fluid chamber. Fluid is sucked into the fluid chamber as the piston is moved by vacuum from the engine while the "switch" is pressed. The piston moves against spring pressure. When the "switch" is released, the spring moves the piston back and displaces the fluid within the pump to the windshield. I believe one vacuum check valve and one fluid check valve are in the system.
