I have one on my truck. I used a radiator overflow tank on the driver's side inner fender well plumbed to a pump also mounted on the fender.
The wiper switch I used has a cleaning function, so wiring was pretty straight forward.
The tank I used was fairly large and has a sight tube, was a little tight against the power steering fill hose, but works.
Biggest problem was the nozzles. I selected some universal ones that are adjustable but it's tricky to position them correctly without installing them. The location I picked turned out to be a little too close for the ones I used, I'll need to eventually find another option since drilling new holes in the hood to move them back isn't an option.
Otherwise it works well.
