So to me the idea of buying a truck to "flip" that needs body work, is a non-starter. Mechanical work is fine, but a rusted-out body is impossible. Good semi-restored M37s are common and not too expensive ($10-$15K). Good M37 beds are rare. I have 5 trucks or carcasses thereof and none has a really good bed. All are rusted through. Three are beat up beyond fixing. One is missing. That's why repros are being made and are not cheap.
