I posted pics a few years ago. I had a heal bar & the seals were so corroded in on my 46 WDX that I just couldn't budge them. So I took a short piece of 4" pipe & welded it to the seal & just banged the pipe with a hammer & out it came. At the time I posted it somebody mentioned that if you just run a bead of weld on the seal, it shrinks the seal & literally falls out...yup...it works.
