Hi Tim, some good suggestions by others, like using a different seal or 2 to contact in a different position, heat and cold might be worth a try, but be aware the sleeve may split at some time. Personally I would measure for the different seal option first and if that's not good enough I would either try for a replacement pulley or machine it down a fraction before fitting the sleeve.
