you can move the center out further on the back side of the wheel vs the front side and therefore get it to bolt up to the stock wheel--with some clearance between tires
but you can t go out too far as the wheel diameter grows so to get good clearance you would also have to move the inner a hair but not as much as if you moved them both out on the split ring or combat ring side on the ring side you can only go out bout 1 5/8 or so and if you do it to two wheels you can get plus or minus 1 inch of clearance between tires

he probably had some combats around and moved em out on the backside cuz you can t move em very far out on the combat ring side
