It's going to be a 9'-6" WDX style bed. I'm going to use a repro headboard, tailgate, and rear cross-sill, then fabricate sides myself using some of Matt Tisdale's stake pockets and fenders. I think it will come together pretty well. The bed will be 3/4" white oak or ipe, painted black.
