Others will chime in on dealer. We use copper coat spray on copper gaskets.

Tighten the head bolts or nuts in stages following sequence in the manual. Bolts get different torque than the early military style nuts. Retorque to final reading when warm. I was really surprised how much some bolts could be rerouted after running to temp.

One thing to note when filling the radiator is that most heads have a hole to burp the block. It gets a plug with copper washer. Leave it loose until coolant just starts to seep out and the tighten.
