My Recent Find/purchase

I just bought a 1954 Dodge 1 ton Power wagon RV. It was professional done by a Oregon Company. Has only 20k miles on it. Not running since 2004.

THE BRAKES ARE CONFUSING. CAN ANYBODY HELP EXPLAIN THE BRAKES?
