If I am understanding what you are saying, you may be falling into the same trap i fell into. When I was fitting my doors on the rough build I spent the better part of a week getting frustrated. One side I got quickly. The other side was a different story. Tweaking hinges, adjusting latche and such and nothing was getting the gaps right. I finally stepped back and thought to myself, It;'s just like the cab is tweaked...... That was it.
Less than 5 minutes with a porta power on 45 and it was perfect. These cabs are REALLY weak for twisting like that so don't assume that is not the problem. I did and paid the price in lost time and frustration.
